I went to Penang for work.
After work, I had some time to try a café. Of course I did. 😂
My order was a latte with oat milk and sea salt. No sugar.
Perfect combo.
Add a book, and I’m quite happy to stay for a while. That day, I spent more than an hour there, reading and enjoying my latte. Just some quality time for myself after work.
A Shared Table
The café was crowded, so I shared a table with a couple.
Francis and Michelle, from Jordan. Both retired and enjoying their vacation.
We ended up talking about work and sharing a little about ourselves. Francis struck me as a wise man, and I enjoyed the conversation with both of them.
They were in Penang for a holiday. I was there for work. We ended up at the same table.
I’d gone there to read, but I enjoyed talking to them too.
And that oat milk and sea salt combination?
Yes. I’d order that again. 😂☕
